OneSoccer recently launched a new and improved streaming platform ahead of a pivotal year for Canadian soccer. As Canada’s premier soccer streaming service, OneSoccer delivers live and on-demand coverage of Concacaf competitions, the Canadian Premier League, the Canadian Championship, national team matches, and a growing slate of domestic and international soccer content.
Tenor Consultants had the opportunity to support the platform transformation behind the scenes, working alongside OneSoccer and its technology partners as the service prepared for increased viewership, expanded competition coverage, and heightened performance expectations.
Supporting a Critical Platform Transition
As OneSoccer continues to grow its audience and content offering, the underlying streaming platform plays a central role in delivering a reliable, high-quality viewer experience. The recent migration represented a significant technical and operational milestone, requiring coordination across multiple vendors, systems, and timelines.
Tenor Consultants supported the initiative by helping guide and coordinate aspects of the platform transition, with a focus on execution readiness, cross-partner alignment, and delivery against tight launch timelines. The work centered on enabling a smooth transition while minimizing disruption for both internal teams and end users.

The upgraded platform is powered by a best-in-class ecosystem of technology partners, including Deltatre, Recurly, Harmonic, and Microsoft Azure, with additional support from Heartbeat Media. Collaboration across this group was critical to delivering a scalable and resilient streaming experience.
